A very lovely afternoon visiting the vines, visiting the caves and tasting the wine around Châteaumeillant. It was a very informative 3 hours with lots of information given about the area by Peter, who drove us there and back, who knows his wine. We had a lovely tasting at two caves and had a nice conversation with the proprietors/owners of the vineyards, a lovely personal touch that you don’t get with the bigger vineyards. Angelique was a fountain of information and she offered us four wines to taste, we all loved the rosé gris, superb. A great activity of visiting friends, families and even guests staying in this region. Lyn D.
